Boston's David Ortiz (52 HR, 127 RBI), LA's Vlad Guerrero (48, 140), Chicago's Jim Thome (51, 127) and Jeremy Dye (49, 127) are in the top 4 of the AL HR and RBI leaders. NY's Robinson Cano (.364 BA) is in a tight race with Minnesota's Joe Maur (.357) for the batting title. Minnesota's Johann Santana (24-7, 2.87 ERA, 259 K's) has been the top pitcher in the AL.
