J.D. Drew blasted 2 homeruns and had 5 RBI at Dodger Stadium as the Los
Angeles(NL) Dodgers beat the Houston Astros by the count of 8 to 4.

Drew really 'lit it up' for Los Angeles(NL). He lost the ball over the fence
for three runs in the 1st inning, lifted one out of the park for a two run
home run in the 5th inning and lined a single in the 7th inning. Los
Angeles(NL) had a total of 8 hits for the game.

Greg Maddux(1-0) went 5 and 2/3 innings allowing 4 runs for the victory.
Fernando Nieve(0-2) was given the loss. 'Everything seemed to click
tonight,' Drew said 'if it could only be this easy all the time!'
