Toronto's Roy Halladay became the 1st 10 game winner in the AL tonight when the Blue Jays defeated the Baltimore Orioles 6-5. Halladay didn't have a very impressive performance, but it was enough to get the Win. He left in the 6th inning with a 6-5 lead and the bullpen shut down the Orioles the rest of the way. Halladay is now 10-2 on the season with a 2.79 ERA, helping to keep the Jays in a battle for 1st place in the AL East with the NY Yankees.

Alex Rios touched them all at Camden Yards as the Toronto Blue Jays beat the Baltimore Orioles 6 to 5. Roy Halladay(10-2) labored throughout the game but hung around to record a victory. He gave up 5 runs, 12 hits and 1 walk in 5 and 2/3 innings. Halladay whiffed an impressive total of 7 Baltimore batters. Both teams totaled 14 hits on the night. B.J. Ryan was credited with his 19th save. Adam Loewen(0-1) was hit with the loss. 'I had a little blister on my index finger before the game, but I thought it was nothing.' Halladay said. 'I was lucky I got a win because I couldn't put the ball where I wanted it.'
